IT IS Christmas in July in Port Stephens and many places are celebrating with food and entertainment.
Shoal Bay Resort and Spa is having Christmas dinner every Sunday night from 6pm during July.
There will be roast turkey, honey glazed ham and glazed carrots, ideal for the cold weather.
The sleigh bells are ringing at Fingal Bay Sports and Recreation Club on Tuesday night.
Entertainer Anthony Lee will be playing from 7 to 10pm while audiences enjoy a roast dinner finished with Christmas pudding.
The place will be decorated to coincide with the festive season and Lee will be playing carols among other things.
Lee is a singer, song writer, jingle writer and stand up comedian when he takes on the alias of Carlos Hopontopofus.
He is sure to bring laughs to the Christmas season.
