TOMAGO'S $130 million WesTrac development is just months away from operation with all the buildings at the mammoth site now complete.
The 23-hectare development, which will be WesTrac's NSW headquarters, started in 2007 and a spokeswoman for WesTrac said the company expected to "go live" in July 2012.
The spokeswoman said the anticipation for the opening was building within the company.
"While the new facility has created a lot on interest externally, there is a lot of excitement internally from management and staff," she said.
"It is a great, long-term investment for WesTrac and the whole company is anticipating the opening."
Already 1100 people have been inducted to the site during construction and once completed 600 people are expected to be employed.
Included in the development will be a 12,000 square metre parts store, a comprehensive training centre, a dedicated machine rebuild site and a highway truck centre devoted to the newly released Cat Truck, just to name a few.
