PORT Stephens Athletics Centre will kick of the season with ac come and try morning on Saturday, September 4, normally its first competition day.
Coaches and senior athletes will be on hand to demonstrate events and athletes will then be able to try the events with parents being able to see how the events are conducted.
The morning will start at 8:30am and will end with a sausage sizzle
The season's competition begins on Saturday September 11.
