It will be the fifth year that residents Stephanie Perrott and her partner, Rex Stoessiger, have opened their home up to stage these concerts.
"It's a real privilege to be able to help young musicians," Ms Perrott said.
This year's concert is on Sunday, February 23, at 75 Admiralty Avenue, Tea Gardens, from 2pm. Cost is a $10 donation, which will go directly towards supporting the artists.
Two bands will be performing, including One Up Two Down, a bluegrass and folk style trio.
The band hails from three countries: George Jackson from New Zealand, Andrew Small from the USA and Daniel Watkins from Australia.
They will be bringing new music, which they recently recorded in Nashville, Tennessee.
Oh Pep!, who will also play, features Olivia Hally and Pepita Emmerichs.
No booking is required but for further information phone the hosts on 0466 672 102 or 4997 2797.
