The seven-year-old from Hawks Nest took home four medals for the four events she competed in at the event, held at Mingara on the Central Coast last weekend.
"It was an outstanding performance by our youngest competitor," Myall Coast Little Athletics Centre secretary Melisa Brown said.
Keira was first in the 60 metre hurdles and the 700 metre pack start, second in the 100 metres and third in the 400 metres.
The most nail-biting race of the competition was the 700 metre race, in which Keira sprinted from third to first position within 100 metres of the finish line.
"The girl coming fourth started to catch up to me so I started to sprint," she explained.
She took out first place in the race by half a second.
Regionals are the highest level Keira can reach at her age but her supporters hope she will excel at state when she is old enough to do so.
Keira is being trained by Tea Gardens Runner's coach Charles Ringuet.
She is running each day with him and hopes to continue her success in the sport.
Next up for Keira will be the school cross country and the school sports carnival.
