The volunteers will meet again next Monday, March 10 from 10am at the Bulahdelah War Memorial Hall as they prepare for their upcoming ANZAC exhibition.
"The coming exhibition will feature the Korean and Vietnam conflicts, the RAN and RAAF, updated new research and many other interesting features," project leader Art Brown said.
Other features would include the Cold War, Conscription and National Service.
"We lost members of our community on the HMAS Sydney on the 19th of November 1941 and on the Montevideo Maru on 1 July 1942 and those features are included in the exhibition," he said.
The Bulahdelah Scouts are also getting involved; creating model planes, conducting research on soldiers and baking ANZAC biscuits for the event.
The exhibition will open at the Bulahdelah War Memorial Hall on the ANZAC Day long weekend and morning tea will be provided at hall after both the dawn and 11 am services on ANZAC Day.
After ANZAC Day the volunteers will focus on preparing for next year's major ANZAC centenary exhibition.
"It can be expected that as we approach the 25th of April 2015 the outpouring of sentiment will intensify within the community," Mr Brown said.
