"We had a meeting on Wednesday night to [discuss] the up and coming season," the club's outgoing president, Mark Woolard, said.
"Information days will be advised in the coming week."
Trevor Officer will replace Woolard as club president.
Peter Barry will become vice-president; Tracey Knight the secretary; Jane Eastabrook the treasurer, and Dana Rederis the registrar.
Woolard said the club was still in need of coaches, canteen helpers and cooks plus "whatever other skills you may have to help the club run smoothly".
This year all player registrations in Northern NSW will be made online using MyFootballClub.
Players will need their football federation number and password.
"Once the details are worked out you soccer-loving people will be informed of dates for the year," Woolard said.
