P&C president Karen Stewart-Katz said the word had been put out that they needed a treasurer but so far there had been no response.
"It's a pretty important role," she said.
"Without it we are unsure how we go forward from here."
The P&C plays an instrumental role at the school and is heavily involved in fund-raising.
"We've just written a $11,000 cheque to go towards a sport shed, we've helped buy iPads for the school and interactive whiteboards," Mrs Stewart-Katz said.
The P&C's biggest fund-raiser for the year is the upcoming art show, which runs from Friday, April 18, to Monday, April 21. Last year the show raised $14,500.
Mrs Stewart-Katz said the role of treasurer would not be a tricky one and would only require a couple of hours of work a month.
"We just need someone to take care of finances and receipting and provide a financial report at each meeting."
The committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month.
Anyone who feels they could fill the role can contact Mrs Stewart-Katz on 0412 443 403.
