Catherine Wilson, known to many as Kitty and believed to be the Port's oldest resident, enjoyed a glass of champagne with her grandson on Sunday, March 30, to mark the monumental occasion in style.
"I don't feel old," Mrs Wilson said.
"It's just another day."
When the Examiner spoke to Mrs Wilson she was dressed immaculately, complete with pearls and an antique cameo bracelet - a birthday present from her family.
Harbourside co-ordinator Kerrie Williams said Mrs Wilson donned pearls and make-up every day.
"She is elegant and graceful and is an inspiration," Ms Williams said.
Mrs Wilson might be celebrating 110 years, but it is not uncommon to see her indulge in some dark chocolate, a glass of port and a rugby league game.
She is a loyal South Sydney Rabbitohs supporter.
Ms Wilson was born in Tumut on March 30, 1904 and has lived at Harbourside Haven Retirement Village since 2000.
