Port Stephens Council did a fantastic job after the recent storm, they responded to calls within 20 minutes of it hitting.
The council staff worked around the clock to clean the area up.
The issues you have are with the power companies and not Port Stephens Council.
Do not forget this is not Newcastle Council and we do not have the resources or staff members.
