Between 2.30pm and 3.30pm on Wednesday, July 9 staff at Tea Gardens Library will run activities based around the mystery detective theme.
"We’re going to be using active listening skills and questioning techniques," library officer Carol Johnson said.
"The first activity is finding out someone who has blue eyes or someone who has green eyes.
"The second is aliases; Spiderman is an alias for Peter Parker, Batman for Bruce Wayne.
"We’ll also be doing puzzles and letter-number codes.’’
Ms Johnson said the activity session was for primary school-aged children.
"We run activities during school for pre-schoolers," she said.
"During the holidays it is the big kids’ turns."
Ms Johnson said staff enjoyed running activities that got children’s brains ticking.
