This is the second year the group has held the raffle, previously raising a whopping $9000 for the new shed.
This year's top prize is a handcrafted cubby house measuring 1.8 metres square. The second place prize is a wooden rocking horse and the third is a toy aircraft carrier complete with airplanes, all made at the shed.
Tickets can be bought outside the Centro at Raymond Terrace on Monday and Friday, or at MarketPlace on Wednesday.
The group will also be selling some of their wares, including very popular handmade wooden children's toys.
"Come and buy a ticket or some of the goods we are selling," shed president Robert Bull said.
"We make items you wouldn't find in the shops. The support of the local businesses and community was wonderful last year and we hope to see the same this year."
The raffle runs until the end of September, with winners drawn in October.
