The Real Futures Foundation is looking for businesses to provide work experience placement for students aged 16 and 17.
"We do flexible placements as well as the traditional week-long placement," marketing manager of the Real Futures Foundation, Marian Sampson, said.
"We also cover all insurance costs."
The placement gives young people the opportunity to experience the workforce first-hand.
It helps them to determine what they want to do after school, what training/ education they might need and better understand how to reach their goals.
Currently Real Futures works with an array of employers including veterinarians, scaffolding companies, administration, tourism, hospitality and more.
Those interested in taking on a young person for work placement can contact Ms Sampson on 0459 333 851 or email info@realfutures.com.au.
"It is an opportunity for employers to develop the future workforce," she said.
"It is also a chance to screen for future employees."
Real Futures is also calling for sponsors, raffle donations or one-off donations. All money goes towards foundation programs: driver safety training, mentoring and the work experience program.
