The application is for a 15-lot subdivision at 27 Dowling Street.

The DA was lodged on August 22 by Ekert Constructions.

The plans show 15 lots of varying sizes on the site on the corner of Austral and Dowling streets, which is currently vacant.

The 15 detached houses will be three-bedroom dwellings with surrounding landscaped grounds.

It is believed the approximately 5350 square metre site sold for $1.5 million in February this year.
