Taking to Kurri Kurri Sportsground on Saturday alongside the Magpies will be teams from Karuah, Williamtown and Tea Gardens Hawks Nest.
"It's fantastic to see three other Port Stephens sides in the grand final," Magpies president Jamie Douglas said.
"It's been a great effort by all Port Stephens sides that played in this year's Hunter and Newcastle season."
The Magpies will face minor premiers Waratah-Mayfield in the C-grade grand final at 11.45am on Saturday.
Before dropping to C-grade in 2013, the Magpies seniors team were runners up in B-grade for three years in a row.
"It's going to be a tough game this weekend against the minor premiers," Douglas said. "I reckon they'll turn out and do a good job."
The Magpies defeated Lambton in the final last Saturday 32-18 to earn a spot in the deciding game of the season.
On Saturday, Williamtown and Karuah will face each other in the D-grade final at 10am.
Tea Gardens Hawks Nest will face the Cessnock Cutters in the B-grade final at 1.30pm.
The A-grade game will be contested by Windale and Belmont at 3.15pm.
