Claudia Blumer raised $4603.95 for the not-for-profit sailing school by running the Bibbulmun track.
Ms Blumer tackled the 1000 kilometre trail in 19 days.
The trail stretches from Kalamunda in the Perth Hills to Albany on the south coast, winding through the heart of the scenic south west of Western Australia.
On Sunday, September 28, Ms Blumer visited Sailability at its clubhouse on Grahamstown Dam to talk about her experience and present the organisation a cheque for the funds she raised.
Ms Blumer spoke on the challenges she faced, including running the last 150km with feet covered in blisters.
She said she kept her focus by thinking about the hardships that people with disabilities encounter along life's journey.
Sponsors from as far as Switzerland, who knew Ms Blumer, backed her challenge and donated money, which will be used to buy a new coaching boat by Sailability.
Sailability will be holding a car boot sale and market stall on Saturday, November 1 at Grahamstown Dam.
Anyone wanting to book a stall should contact Graham McLeod on 4987 1461.
