ALL northbound lanes on the Pacific Highway are now open at Karuah following a truck accident south of Medowie Road Friday morning.
The Transport Management Centre advise traffic remains heavy in the area.
Motorists are advised to allow additional travel time until traffic volumes return to normal.

EARLIER:
ONE northbound lane of the Pacific Highway at Karuah remains closed following a traffic incident involving a truck with trailer Friday morning.
Police said about 11.30am the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The truck and trailer rolled on to its side, spilling its load of chicken feed across the northbound lanes of the highway.
At 3pm police were still at the scene.
One northbound lane remains closed one kilometre south of Medowie Road as a clean-up operation continues at the site.
The Transport Management Centre said traffic through the area was heavy and motorists were advised to expect significant delays and allow additional travel time.

EARLIER:
THE Pacific Highway at Karuah near Medowie Road has been partially closed following an incident involving a truck shortly before noon on Friday.
The Transport Management Centre advise the northbound lane of the highway, one kilometre south of the Medowie Road turn off, has been closed.
One southbound lane has also been closed.
Live Traffic NSW has the incident at a heavy traffic level and advises motorists to expect significant delays.
At its last update, at 12.19pm, Live Traffic NSW advised queues at the scene were extending two kilometres.
Northbound motorists are being diverted onto Richardson Road through Campvale, left onto Medowie Road to get to the highway.
Motorists are advised to allow additional travel time.
Emergency services are at the scene working to clear the accident.
However, there is no indication as to when the highway will be re-opened northbound.
