The finalists are Halifax Holiday Park, Sand Dune Adventures, Big4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park and the Port Stephens Visitor Information Centre.
"The four finalists from Port Stephens are to be congratulated for this prestigious recognition of the quality service they offer to the growing numbers of visitors who visit our region and underpin our economy," Janelle Gardner from Destination Port Stephens said.
"The passion, hard work and vision that each of these operators displays help make Port Stephens the popular destination it is today."
In July, all four were announced as finalists in the Hunter and Central Coast Awards for Excellence in Tourism.
Halifax Holiday Park was named the best tourist and caravan park in the greater Hunter region and Sand Dune Adventures won the gold award for indigenous tourism.
The information centre won a silver award.
Also this year, Big4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park took out top honours at the NSW Caravan and Camping Industry Association annual awards.
The winners of the prestigious NSW Tourism Awards will be announced at a black tie function in Sydney on November 27.
If successful at the state level, the winners will progress to the Australian Tourism Awards to be announced early in 2015.
