The centre hosts an annual Christmas party for Camp Quality, inviting children and their families to come and have a day-off from cancer.
This year's party was held on Sunday, November 23, with more than 300 people attending what was the 10th year for the event.
"Because this was our 10th year we wanted it to be really good," aquatics co-ordinator Kim Chaffey said.
"It is always awesome and gives families a chance to take their mind off things."
The event is a community effort with the Lions Club cooking, local businesses donating the food. Raymond Terrace Fire Brigade brought the fire truck and even gave Santa Claus a lift.
Mega Mania provided a range of activity equipment andthe centre's staff donated their time.
