The championships, to be staged at the Tomaree touch fields, are the Nelson Bay Hornets' biggest tournament of the year.
Teams will compete across 10 divisions, ranging from under-10s boys and girls through to under-18s.
The event will be held across the February 7 and 8 weekend.
Included in the huge contingent of Nelson Bay teams will be Amy Dufour, 15, a student from Tomaree High School.
"I love to play in these big tournaments and test myself against the best," said Amy, who has played touch football at both state and national levels.
Also looking forward to the weekend are fellow representative players Chloe Manton, 14, a Tomaree High student, and Jye Doherty, 12, who attends St Phillip's at Salamander Bay.
Other teams participating include Beresfield, Berkeley Vale, Doyalson, Forster-Tuncurry, Maitland, Muswellbrook, Newcastle, Peninsula, Medowie, Singleton and Wallsend.
Nelson Bay teams will compete in boys and girls divisions in the under 10s, under 12s, under 14s and under 16s.
The boys' under 18s will also play.
The Medowie-based Port Hunter Touch, a relatively new association competing at NSW touch events, has one team in the boys' under 18 competition.
