How is that possible?
Unlike regular power boats the propeller (or impeller) is completely enclosed or housed within a sleeve making it virtually impossible for the propeller to come into contact with any object or animal. The fact, and it is a fact, is that we live in one of the most over-regulated and over-policed states in the world.
Do we really need more, never ending "nanny state" laws to be legislated just to appease the vocal fun police minorities?
Personal water craft (jet-skis) save lives, just ask any paid council lifeguard or any member of the surf lifesaving movement.
