Ms Washington said she challenged the Baird government's "attempt to rewrite history" about Medowie High School.
"I vocalised my opinion regarding the hypocrisy of the Baird government, and was promptly kicked out of parliament for the first time," Ms Washington stated on her Facebook page.
Ms Washington's ire was drawn when the Minister for Education, Adrian Piccoli, said in the May 26 question time that rural and regional communities would not miss out on the proceeds of the NSW Government's proposed sale of electricity assets.
“[Minister Piccoli] professed that schools in rural and regional NSW would not be left out of the Baird government’s fictional spending spree," Ms Washington said in a media statement.
“And yet, in 2011, Minister Piccoli stood in Medowie and committed to the planning and development of a public high school there.
“Since then, nothing has happened. The block of land designated for the high school remains untouched.
“Even if the sale of electricity assets was going to return the income to the state coffers as projected by the government, which it’s not, you cannot trust the Baird government to do what it says."
