The invitation is open to anyone aged 18 and above who wants to enjoy an evening of good fun, food, beer, wine and music at the Bobs Farm brewery from 6.30pm on Saturday, July 4.
"Money raised will be very welcome and will go towards replacing our beach vehicle," said the club's Helen Ratcliffe.
"This is a big expense on our club, but the beach vehicle is a vital piece of rescue equipment as we use it for mobile patrols, to tow the beach trailer down onto the beach, evacuate casualties, move rescue equipment and assist visitors to the beach if required."
This is the third year the club has held its fund-raising event at the brewery.
Tickets cost $55 each which includes a welcome drink, two course dinner, private brewery tour and live music.
The club receives $15 from each ticket sold.
Ratcliffe said she hoped Saturday's fundraiser would not only mean funds raised for the club, but getting more people interested in surf lifesaving.
"We hope to encourage people to consider coming along to the surf club and find out more about volunteering as a surf lifesaver or get their children involved in our nipper program," she said.
Last season (September 2014 to April 2015) the club had more than 440 members of which 150 were patrolling members keeping Birubi Point Beach safe.
The club also had 170 nippers.
