A MAN, 46, will face drugs and gun charges in court later this month following a police search of a Tanilba Bay residence on Tuesday night.

The man was arrested and charged with eight offences after Port Stephens police executed a search warrant a Monash Close home about 6.25pm on September 1.
The arrest comes five days after police involved with Operation Doboy raided three Tanilba Bay homes and arrested a 35-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man for a number of possess and supply prohibited drugs offences.
During the Tuesday search, police allegedly located and seized two hydroponic set ups, a quantity of the drug ice and MDMA, prescription drugs and ammunition.
The 46-year-old man was arrested and taken to Raymond Terrace Police station where he was charged with: cultivate cannabis, supply cannabis, four counts of possess prohibited drug, possess prescribed restricted substances and possess ammunition without a license.
The man was granted conditional bail and will appear at Raymond Terrace Local Court on Monday, September 28.
