All proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the hard-working volunteers from the Port's State Emergency Service, Marine Rescue and Rural Fire Service.
Community services officer Glenda Ridgeway said that Rotary was proud to get behind the men and women of the Port's emergency services.
"The Port's SES, RFS and Marine Rescue volunteers have had a terribly busy year in 2015, particularly following the April storms and flooding," Ridgeway said.
"It is only fitting that we help them with the purchase of equipment such as barbecues and other much-needed items."
Cost for the bowls day is $20 a person, or $10 for children aged 10-15, entitling each team of four to two games.
A barbecue lunch will be provided as well as raffle prizes donated by various Port businesses.
Entry forms are available from Peter Ridgeway on 0404 049 798 or Richard Girvan at the bowling club on 0449 138 119.
