Trains: Good service on the Newcastle line. Buses replace trains between Scone and Maitland and some trains between Telarah and Maitland, and from 7:20pm until 4:30am, buses replace trains between Scone and Hamilton, and also between Telarah, Maitland and Hamilton then continue to Newcastle.
Weather: Showers in Newcastle and Nelson Bay (both 19 degrees) as well as Toronto and Maitland (both 20 degrees). Morning fog and developing showers at Scone (20 degrees).
