Community connect
ALL Saints Anglican Church is inviting the community to join them at Salamander Bay Shopping Centre for a connect day.
The Tomaree Connect Day will be held outside Woolworths in the centre between 8.30am and 7pm on Thursday, AUgust 4.
Members of the Nelson Bay-based church will be available to chat with the community about its free adult and children’s services.
Raymond Terrace markets
RAYMOND Terrace Community Markets have organised a second indoor healthy lifestyles, psychic fair, leisure and fitness day.
The event will be held at Raymond Terrace Bowling Club on Saturday, July 30 between 9.30am and 2.30pm.
The aim of the day is to provide opportunities for local fitness groups, alternative health practitioners, children’s dance groups, martial arts and leisure groups to promote their group by having a stall or providing a display or demonstration on the day.
The community of all ages are invited to come and try things like Zumba, line dancing, rock ‘n’ roll dancing, Tai Chi, kids yoga, karate, and circus skills.
There will be a range of treatments available including massage, reiki, tarot reading, palmistry and Isagenix.
Entry is by gold coin donation.
All money raised will be donated to Beanies for Brain Cancer.
