A MAN will face court in November after allegedly drink driving without a licence with his son, 7, as a passenger.

The 42-year-old was driving south on Wahroonga Street at Raymond Terrace about 4.45pm Thursday when officers stopped his Holden Commodore utility.
The man was subjected to a roadside breath test which returned a positive reading. Officers also determined the man was disqualified from driving until October 2018.
He was taken to Raymond Terrace for breath analysis. It is alleged that returned a reading of 0.087.
The 47-year-old will face charges of mid-range drink-driving and disqualified driving at Raymond Terrace court on November 14.
