Staff will host the U.G.L.Y car wash at the club site on Jacaranda Avenue, Raymond Terrace on October 27 from 10am.
The event is part of a wider initiative where bartenders from more than 1400 venues across Australia sport the attention-grabbing ‘I’m U.G.L.Y., I need help!’ T-shirt which stands for ‘Understanding Generous Likeable You’. It is designed to be a quick way to identify that the bartender is raising money for the Leukaemia Foundation. Every $80 raised by an U.G.L.Y. Bartender provides one night’s accommodation to someone who has been forced to travel for treatment. For more information contact 4987 2404.
