The Nelson Bay to Sydney service made its maiden trip on December 1, 1986, and has since traveled over five and a half million kilometres.
The service was initially run on a six-month trial. Three decades later, it is more popular than ever, chartering Port Stephens locals down to Sydney 364 days a year. Due to demand, additional trips operate during the summer months and over long weekends.
The bus company is a local stalwart, servicing the Port Stephens area and transporting over 3,000 children to schools around Port Stephens, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.
The third generation bus company, operating since 1957, employs over 120 people and operates 65 buses.
