More than 120 teams competed in the annual Peter Wilson Memorial Championships.

The teams were nearly all from within the Hunter Western Hornets region, including boys and girls from under 10s to under 18s.

Taree, Forster and Manly, from outside the region, were also invited.

The Nelson Bay Neptunes under 14s and 16s were both victorous, winning their respective finals on the Sunday.
