People will be able to take a walk through the community facility between 10am and 3pm on Saturday.

The mayor Bruce MacKenzie will unveil a plaque at 11am and there will be a barbecue lunch available for a gold coin donation.

“It’s been five year’s hard work to get us here,” treasurer Frank Seysener said.

“It’s a historic moment and we hope people will come and celebrate it with us.”
