The woodchopping, oyster eating competition and Karuah River duck race were once again highlight events on the festival jam packed schedule.
The winner of the oyster eating competition was Steve Carter from Raymond Terrace.
Mr Carter consumed a dozen oysters in the first round and two dozen in the final to beat the runner up by a small margin.
For his efforts, the Raymond Terrace man won a $1000 voucher donated by BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park.
