CLIENTS of the Taylors Beach-based support service Lifestyle Solutions have banded together to help the Good Samaritan Donkey Sanctuary.

Many fences at the Clarence Town donkey sanctuary were damaged in the April 2015 super storm.

After hearing about the sanctuary’s plight, participants of Lifestyle Solutions’ day program decided to raise money to help.

They collected aluminium cans, ran a lolly guessing completion, made and sold cupcakes and held an entertaining ‘who’s that baby?’ photo competition.

On Monday, June 27, clients visited the sanctuary to donate the money they had raised – $200.

The sanctuary is also in need of lidded containers and spray bottles to help care for the donkeys, which the Lifestyle Solutions visitors set about gathering.
