Expressions of interest to buy or lease the empty Masters home improvement warehouse close on Thursday, August 10.
Signs by Cushman and Wakefield, as exclusive marketing agent, advertising the empty building was for sale or available for lease went up in July.
Cushman and Wakefield have eight former Masters buildings on their books including for Taree, Cairns City in Queensland and Coolaroo in Victoria.
The Heatherbrae store (marketed online as Raymond Terrace), which closed in December 2016, is one of them.
The empty 17,182 square metre building sits on a site area of 4.57 hectares.
Cushman and Wakefield advertised the Heatherbrae warehouse as a “unique offering ideal for logistics, industrial and large format retail users”.
