On Friday, December 22, all facilities of the historic hotel will be officially operational, capping off an ambitious transformative journey initiated by new owner Andrew Lazarus.
“We have been working on this project since the day we took ownership just over a year ago, and to now see this dream come to life we are all so excited to share it with everyone,” Mr Lazarus said.
“Our architects Luchetti Krelle have redesigned the venue with great respect to its heritage and keeping the local community in mind, researching and taking inspiration from original photos in the 1950s and focused on bringing it back to life.
“Working together with Club Projects to deliver the build, they have done an amazing job to get us to where we are in only 20 weeks. We are very grateful to have these two very professional companies involved to deliver our vision.
“Athough we open this Friday you will continue to see some of the beautiful detail continue throughout January, so keep your eye’s peeled as even more comes to life.
“Our mission statement is to ‘WOW’ every guest with our service and offerings, leaving them with amazing Shoal Bay memories.”
