The August 25 lunch, beginning at noon, will provide business owners an opportunity to hear the NSW Government’s plans for the Port and Hunter region, and to ask questions.
“I’m looking forward to welcoming the NSW Premier... to discuss opportunities coming up for Port Stephens, and how we as a region feature as part of the wider plan for NSW,” Mayor Ryan Palmer said.
“We have coordinated this opportunity for the benefit of our local businesses, and will continue to organise more like this throughout the year to provide a platform for our local business leaders to access information, make connections and ultimately to develop our local economies”
The lunch will wrap up about 3pm. Following an address to the room, Ms Berejiklian wiil take part in a Q&A.
Tickets, available online at eventbrite.com.au, cost $40 per person. They are strictly limited and include a 2-course lunch at Pacific Dunes’ Greenhouse Eatery.
