The No. 3 men went down to Engadine in a hard fought final 59-48, after earlier defeating Bathurst City 59-58 in a nail-biting semi-final at Dubbo.
The Raymond Terrace club had three teams represented in the 2018 Bowls NSW State Pennant Finals played at Engadine, Mt Lewis and Dubbo.
The Terrace Jets No. 1 grade side lost to Maitland City 61-55 while the No. 2s also went down narrowly to NBC Sports, 63-62. The No. 1 flag went to the strong Carbramatta club, while Ocean Shores finished ahead of NBC Sports in second grade.
In the district finals, Raymond Terrace became only the second ever Newcastle/Hunter club to take out the top three Saturday pennant flags. The club also secured the minor premiership for most points.
And to add icing on the cake, the midweek No. 1 Pennant team beat Beresfield in the district final to finish a most successful 2018 representative season.
