The ‘online’ juggernaut is changing how consumers and businesses engage with one another.
This brings huge opportunities for small businesses to exponentially grow and compete on even terms with much larger businesses. But it is not easy for small business owners get their businesses digital.
This seminar will help you take these concepts head on.
The Digital Bootcamp is being rolled out for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) under the NSW Government’s Business Connect program and has the support of Port Stephens Council.
NetStripes, who are widely acclaimed experts in small business digital engagement, have been appointed as the “digital specialists” to run the camps.
Through the Business Connect program, attendees will have access to the NSW Government-funded digital strategy so attendees can put their learning into practice.
On the day, participants will be trained in small business digital readiness, which aims at helping businesses understand what it takes to build a strong digital presence.
The Customer Personas and Buying Cycles helps people understand who their ideal customers are, their needs, their buying behaviour, the way they buy, what they look for and how to win their business.
Another topic is Design Thinking and Lean Start-Up which explores which ideas work and which cheaply and in quick time.
Learn practically how to convert your business idea into a tested product or service.
Lastly, Growth Hacking For Small Business will be featured through a variety of marketing channels and strategies to identify the most effective and efficient ways to grow a business in a digital world.
The Port’s SMEs will also given the digital readiness one-on-one advisory, which is a highly structured and innovative session that helps businesses build a road map to grow and succeed online using modern digital marketing capabilities.
The first four hours are fully-funded by the NSW Government.
- The bootcamp will take place on October 3 from 9am-6.30pm at Medowie Sports and Business Centre. To register contact 1300 10 8880 or go to netstripes.com/bootcamp-port-stephens.
