“One of our focuses has been to ask our customers what they want and make sure that we are stocking a good range of products, particularly vitamins and supplements to meet their needs,” begins Fady.

“It’s great to hear that customers that once had to travel to Newcastle to get what they needed can now find it here at the pharmacy.”

Gaining the feedback from customers and the community has been crucial to the expanding range now on offer and has enabled Fady to build important connections with the community.

Along with the extensive range of vitamins and supplements, growing the compounding medication available has been a priority.

“Compounding medication is not a privilege every pharmacy has access to, so it has been such a pleasure to be able to offer this to customers who may have ordinarily had to travel some way for it in the past,” He adds.

With a growing range of giftware and a selection of more exclusive perfumes, customers are able to source special gifts, higher end brands and special items all within local reach.

“We are combining all the classic services of a pharmacy along with harder to source items in the hope that it helps the wonderful people of the bay have access to all that they need. We really do give thanks to the community for their support.”
