A new display will be on exhibition, created to mark the armistice centenary, at Sketchley Pioneer Cottage and Museum between 1pm and 4pm on Sunday – Remembrance Day.
In addition to the display, there will be readings for children from the new book Remembering for Peace which was launched at the cottage on November 4.
There will also be a talk about the role of Red Cross women in WWI and a celebration cake to be shared for afternoon tea.
All ages are welcome for this free event.
