These mindfulness sessions are non-sectarian and will incorporate meditation, essential oils, breathing and positive life techniques such as journaling, positive thinking, practising patience and gratitude.
Juls De Ath of Mettas Mindfulness has meditated for 30 years.
After studying with the Australian Centre for Holistic Studies, based in Melbourne, is now an accredited meditation teacher.
Juls says meditation and mindfulness can assist you to be happier, relax and sleep deeper, focus better, reduce anxiety/depression, be healthier and feel better.
Whether you are interested in meditation simply to feel better physically, mentally or for personal development, the regular practice of meditation and mindfulness can bring many benefits.
The sessions will go for 90 minutes and will run each Wednesday until December 12 at 10am and 6.30 pm.
Each session will have a similar format however the content will be different.
You can go to one, or all six sessions.
You don’t have to sit cross legged on the floor – unless you want to.
