So it’s little wonder that Jasmin Thai in Medowie is such a popular spot with both locals and visitors alike.
Since owners Thomas Klewer and wife Wisansayar opened the doors of Jasmin Thai, six years ago, they’ve clocked up a number of awards and some fantastic feedback, not to mention a loyal following of long-term customers.
“Our customers are like family in many instances, we have been serving the same people for a very long time and are incredibly grateful for their loyalty,” states Mr Klewer.
While he’s humble about the business, he’s clear about the things they consistently get right and the deliberate focus they have given to the quality of the food.
“We don’t employ cooks we have chefs, with a combined experience of 80 years. We don’t use MSG and rely on the flavours of the fresh produce we select to come through in the dishes created.”
“We are in a isolated area here so the quality of our food is very important in ensuring that customers come back and our reputation stays strong.”
Open from 11am to 2pm from Tuesday through to Friday and from 5pm to late Tuesday to Sunday evenings, customers can dine in and enjoy BYO and no surcharges at peak times, or takeaway with free delivery to local areas.
