The winner, who wished to remain anonymous, bought her winning entry online from thelott.com.
She had no idea of her good fortune until a NSW Lotteries official contacted her on Tuesday to share the exciting news.
"F*** off," the woman said after being told of the win.
"Are you serious? Oh my god!
"You're not bullsh***ing me?
"I really don't know how to feel!
"Are you fair dinkum?
"You wouldn't believe how much this means to me.
"I think it's great when I win over $10, so this is just insane!
"I am looking at the numbers on my phone now and I am just thinking 'oh my god'!"
When asked how she planned to spend her win, the delighted woman said she was excited to start planning a long overdue holiday.
"I'll be celebrating this week. I definitely think I will pop a bottle of champagne," she said.
"Then I would love to go up north for a holiday! Check out some of the islands.
"I will share some with my loved ones too."
The woman won the guaranteed first prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1282, drawn Thursday, April 18.
