The Marlins' senior women and men's teams will don pink socks in their round six matches, due to be played at Dick Burwell Oval on Saturday, May 11, in support of the charity while there will be fund-raising activities around the football field.
"It is a great cause to get behind," Nelson Bay Marlins head coach Sean McGrath said on why the club supports the network.
"We chose Breast Cancer Network Australia to support the same year we [club] founded a women's team, in 2015.
"Breast cancer affects so many people in the community. You talk with anyone and either they have been affected or know someone who has breast cancer.
"We've chosen Breast Cancer Network Australia to support because it helps women in our community."
Annually, the pink sock round also coincides with Mother's Day, which this year is on Sunday, May 12.
The club is calling on the Port Stephens community to head along to Saturday's games to support the Marlins teams and to help it achieve its goal of raising $1000 for the network.
The Marlins women play the first game of the day against Warners Bay at 12pm.

The men's premiership side face Last year's grand finalists Terrigal Avoca at 2pm.
On the sidelines spectators can enjoy a pink cake and lolly stall and buy tickets for the Mother's Day raffle valued at $200.
Female spectators will be treated to a complementary glass of bubbles.
Collection tins will also be passed around during Saturday's games.
The Marlins have had a rocky start to the 2019 season. Neither team have had a win in the first five rounds, with two of those played at home.
The Marlin's men had a tough outing against Cardiff Hawks, who remain unbeaten this season so far, last Saturday.
Playing in Nelson Bay, the visitors claimed a 116-point victory. The final score was Nelson Bay 4.7 (31) to Cardiff 22.15 (147).
It was a similar result in the women's game with the Marlins registering no points in Terrigal Avoca's 13.15 (93) win.
Meanwhile, three Marlins were this week named in AFL Hunter Central Coast's representative squads to face AFL South Coast on Saturday, May 18 at Pasterfield Sports Complex in Cameron Park.
Craig Bird was named in Hunter's men's squad while Jemma Astley and Kate Holland feature in the 27-strong women's team.
