A total of four games will be played, with the Sharks kicking off the day against Kurri in the opening clash at 10.
They will be followed by Maitland vs Cessnock at 11am, Macquarie vs Central at 12 noon and finishing with Lakes vs Wests at 1pm.
Entry is a gold coin donation with all proceeds going to the Port Stephens Women's Cancer Support Group.
Sharks vice-president Scott Dews said that the day provided a great opportunity for the Bay league community to get together and watch the ladies in action.
"This is the Sharks first season in the Real NRL where the girls have shown tremendous skill and courage against far more experienced opponents," he said.
"It would be great to have a big crowd on Sunday on hand supporting the girls.
"We have a number of activities planned for the day including raffles and canteen facilities. All mums would be particularly welcome to come along."
Last Saturday the Sharks ran into a red hot Central outfit, going down 48-0.
The rise in class into the elite competition and a very limited pre-season start had the Bay girls on the back foot as they continue to work on combinations.
Best in a beaten team were Michelle Sproule, Hayley Dews and Emma Cram.
