The 2019 show - its 22nd year - will be staged at Maitland Showground, Blomfield Street Maitland, from Friday, May 24 to Sunday, May 26.
The show provides the public an ideal opportunity to compare products and choose the recreational equipment that suits their needs.
In addition to the cars, caravans and boats on display there will be Reptile Awareness Displays and the Australian Travelling Fishing Show - a 15 metre long and 3 metre high perspex sided, giant mobile fish tank that harbours natural habitat and loads of fish to look at.
The show also boasts other educational entertainment, a bike show, 4WD demo track and, the new feature this year, an Isuzu Ute Iron Summit.
With more than 300 exhibitors, the Hunter Valley outdoor show is the largest display in the Hunter.
