Nelson Bay Sharks ladies tag team made it back-to-back wins with a comprehensive 58-0 win over a depleted Macquarie line up in the Bay on Saturday.

Haley Dews had a fine game and picked up the players' player award. She scored three tries and kicked six goals to finish the day in style.
The in-form Emma Cram also scored three tries. Michelle Sproule scored a double. Taylah Smith, Tace Blackburn and Emily Harman all scored four pointers. This Saturday the Sharks host Lakes United at Salamander Sports Complex at 10am.
Fingal Bay Rugby League Club were off the pace in their game against Waratah Mayfield last Friday night despite leading 8-6 at half time.
The Bomboras struggled in the second half and lost the game 30-6. Coach Cameron Scully was left shaking his head with the poor performance shown by the Bomboras after their terrific start to the season.
"We were down on troops but they did not turn up for the contest. We need to regroup before Saturday's game against Windale," he said.
Travis Nepia was the players' player with Nathan Dover giving a non-stop effort in attack and defence.
The ladies league tag team were up against the hotshots of the competition, Aberglasslyn, but showed plenty of determination.
The Fingal ladies were trailing 18-0 at half time. A strong defensive effort from Fingal in the second half kept the three-time premiers scoreless. Breana Robinson and Leah Phelps had strong games. Fingal play Raymond Terrace at Windale on Saturday.
