Police have released CCTV footage of a man they believe can assist with their investigation into the malicious damage of a ute parked in the driveway of a Corlette home earlier this month.

The CCTV footage shows a man walking with a bike in Luderick Close, Corlette shortly before 4am on Friday, May 10.
Police said about 4am, residents of the street reported hearing a loud bang and seeing smoke.
Later that morning, a 40-year-old man noticed significant damage to the rear of his Nissan Navara ute that had been parked in the driveway of his Luderick Close home. He phoned police.
Officers from Port Stephens-Hunter Police District arrived and established a crime scene.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident or the identity of the man depicted in the footage to come forward.
