The Anna Bay-based charity will hold a four course dinner at Mexican At the Bay Breeze, Shoal Bay, on July 27 from 5pm.
It will be the charity's third fundraiser since being established in 2018. Volunteers held a fundraiser in Medowie and Anna Bay in May, raising $828 and $750 respectively.
Money raised goes towards costs in treating horses at the sanctuary, and keeping it running.
The group will receive half of the total proceeds raised during the Christmas in July dinner.
Tickets are limited to 40 people. The cost is $60 per person. Payments must be made by July 20.
Participants are encouraged to dress in theme.
There will be secret Santa gifts and lucky door prizes.
